All pottery items are handmade and may vary slightly in size, color, and design. These variations are part of the handmade process and make each piece unique. Microwave and Dishwasher safe.

Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is required at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Shipping

Orders are carefully packaged and shipped within the stated processing time. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once your order has been dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade nature of our products, returns and exchanges are accepted only if an item arrives damaged or defective. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can assist you.

Care & Use

Our pottery is intended for normal household use. Please follow any care instructions provided. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse or improper care.
